New Recipes: Dysphagia Solutions Programme
Following the successful launch of our Dysphagia Solutions Programme at the end of last year, we are pleased to offer caterers an updated Premier Foods Dysphagia Guide with brand new recipes.
Created by our dedicated team of culinary advisors, the new texture modified recipes include Meat Lasagne using Homepride Bolognese Sauce and Scones with Jam and Cream, made using McDougalls Plain Scone Mix. The recipes are designed to use a range of everyday ingredients which many caterers will have available in there store cupboards.
The updated guide also has new ideas for texture modified desserts with recipes such as Black Cherry Cheesecake, Orange Pastry Tart and Double Chocolate Pudding. Caterers can download the updated guide here.
