New Allergen Information
Ahead of new changes coming into force as part of the Food Information for Consumers Regulation, Premier Foods is undergoing pack changes across its portfolio.
The new regulations, which come into force from Saturday 13th December 2014, require foodservice operators to identify, record and clearly communicate the presence of when any of 14 allergens are used in a dish.
