Ingredients
- 185g White Chocolate Angel Delight
- 350ml Cold water
- 525ml Cold water
- 125g Chocolate Angel Delight
Method
- Pour the first addition of cold water into a bowl fitter with a whisk attachment.
- Add the White Chocolate Angel delight and whisk on a slow speed for 30 seconds.
- Scrape down and then whisk on a high speed for 2 minutes until thick and creamy. Transfer to a bowl.
- Repeat using the Chocolate Angel Delight and the second addition of water
- Place a third of the white Chocolate Angel Delight in the base of a 900g (2lb) loaf tin lined with cling film. Then layer with half of the Chocolate Angel delight. Repeat the layers ending with a layer of White Chocolate Angel delight.
- Wrap in cling film and freeze until solid.
