Angel Deletta ( 1980′s and Italian Theme Packs)

Ingredients

  • 185g White Chocolate Angel Delight
  • 350ml Cold water
  • 525ml Cold water
  • 125g Chocolate Angel Delight

Method

  1. Pour the first addition of cold water into a bowl fitter with a whisk attachment.
  2. Add the White Chocolate Angel delight and whisk on a slow speed for 30 seconds.
  3. Scrape down and then whisk on a high speed for 2 minutes until thick and creamy. Transfer to a bowl.
  4. Repeat using the Chocolate Angel Delight and the second addition of water
  5. Place a third of the white Chocolate Angel Delight in the base of a 900g (2lb) loaf tin lined with cling film. Then layer with half of the Chocolate Angel delight. Repeat the layers ending with a layer of White Chocolate Angel delight.
  6. Wrap in cling film and freeze until solid.
