- 200g Bird's Ice cream powder
- 50ml Cream
- 350ml Whole milk
- 40ml Irish Cream Liquor
- Place the correct amount of cream and milk and into a mixing bowl.
- Blend the correct amount of Bird's ice cream powder and using a whisk on HIGH speed for 5 minutes
- Fold through the Irish Cream Liquor.
- Portion into suitable container and freeze.
