Chocolate Swiss roll topped with fruits of the forest couilis and Ambrosia Custard

  • 4Q Thick slices of chocolate Swiss roll
  • 1Q 1/4 bottle fruits of the forest coulis
  • 500g Carton ambrosia ready to serve custard
  • 4Q Heaped tablespoons of extra thick cream
  • 2Q Flakes (crumbled)


  1. Place the Swiss roll into the base of four individual serving dishes and top with the blackcurrant coulis.
  2. Pour 1/4 of a carton of custard over each bowl and top with a spoonful of cream.
  3. To serve sprinkle over some crushed flake.
