Ingredients
- 1000g Red Cabbage - sliced
- 250g Red Onion - Sliced
- 200g Sultanas
- 20g Bisto Vegetable Bouillon Paste
- 1000ml Water
Method
- Place cabbage, red onions and sultanas into an ovenproof dish
- Make up Bisto vegetable bouillon by mixing with boiling water
- Pour over cabbage, onions and sultanas
- Cover with a lid and braise for approximately 45 minutes
