Chicken and Sweet Chilli Noodle Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 575g Chicken Breast
- 225g Mange Tout - thin strips
- 575g Sharwood's Egg Noodles
- 50ml Sunflower Oil
- 225g Red Onion
- 50g Spring Onions - shredded
- 225g Green Peppers - sliced
- 225g Red Peppers - sliced
- 225g Carrots - sliced
- 225g Bean sprouts
- 600g Homepride Sweet Chilli Sauce
Method
- Cook the Sharwood's Egg Noodles in plenty of boiling salted water for 4 minutes, drain well.
- Stir-fry the chicken and onions for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the remaining vegetables and stir-fry together.
- Add the Sharwood's Egg Noodles and Homepride Sweet Chilli Sauce, heat through then add the bean sprouts.
- Turn onto a suitable serving dish and sprinkle with shredded spring onions.
