Coconut Ice Cream

Coconut flavour ice cream using Bird’s ice cream powder and canned coconut milk

  • 200g Bird's Ice cream Powder
  • 400ml Coconut milk or 1 can
  • 50ml Full Fat milk


  1. Place the correct amount of Coconut milk and Full fat milk into a mixing bowl.  Select the whisk attachment
  2. Blend the correct amount of Bird's ice cream powder Coconut  milk  and full fat  milk using a whisk on HIGH speed for 5 minutes
  3. Portion into suitable container and freeze for a minimum of 3 hours

Additional Tips

Try using semi skimmed or skimmed milk in place of full fat to deliver a lower calorie ice cream
