Coffee Ice Cream

Coffee flavour ice cream using Bird’s ice cream powder and instant coffee

  • 200g Bird's Ice cream Powder
  • 400ml Full Fat Milk
  • 2 tbsp of Instant coffee
  • 10ml of Boiling water


  1. In suitable bowl or cup blend the instant coffee into the boiling water, ensuring the coffee granules are completely dissolved into the water
  2. Place the correct amount of milk and coffee liquid into a mixing bowl.  Select the whisk attachment
  3. Blend the correct amount of Bird's ice cream powder, milk  and coffee using a whisk on HIGH speed for 5 minutes
  4. Portion into suitable container and freeze.

Additional Tips

Try using semi skimmed, skimmed milk or water in place of full fat milk to deliver a lower calorie ice cream
