Ingredients
- 50ml Vegetable oil
- 50g Onion (1cm dice)
- 100g Mixed peppers (1cm dice)
- 50g Celery (finely sliced)
- 500g Long grain rice
- 500g Water
- 600g Homepride Arrabiata Sauce
- 200g Courgette (1cm chopped)
- 1 Large lime (sliced into 10)
Method
- In a large pan, sweat off the onion, peppers and celery in the oil for approx 3 minutes.
- Add the rice, water and Homepride Arrabiata sauce and place on the stove.
- Bring to the boil and simmer (stirring occasionally) for approx 10 minutes, then add the courgette.
- Cook for another 5 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked.
- Serve with a slice of lime.
