Lamb Casserole

Ingredients
- 3600g Lamb Shoulder - 30mm Dice
- 2g Cracked black pepper
- 2g Paprika
- 10g Flour
- 10ml Worcestershire Sauce
- 1000ml Water
- 20g Bisto beef bouillon
- 400g Onion - 10mm dice
- 400g Carrot - 10mm dice
- 400g Swede - 10mm dice
Method
- Combine the pepper, paprika and flour. Rub all sides of meat with the spice mixture
- Make the beef bouillon as per instructions on pack
- In an oven able dish, combine seasoned Lamb with the onion and bouillon
- Cover and cook on the stove on a low heat for 2 hours or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally
- Add the carrots, then 5 minutes later the swede and continue cooking
