500g McDougalls Flapjack Mix
500g McDougalls Brownie Mix
750g Frozen summer berries
250g Grated apple
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
2. Place the McDougalls Flapjack Mix and McDougalls Brownie Mix into a bowl fitted with a beater. Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix on slow speed for about 15 seconds until all of the ingredients are incorporated into a moist mix.
3. Place the mixture into a greased and lined 25cm x 35cm tin, level out and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
4. Allow to cool in the tin and then portion into squares.

1kg of tinned apples can be used instead of 250g of grated apples & frozen summer berries.
