Ingredients
- 200g Bird's Ice cream Powder
- 400ml Semi Skimmed Milk
- 100g McDougalls Chocolate chips
- Few drops of green food colouring
- Few drops of mint food flavouring
Method
- Blend the milk, colouring and flavouring together in a seperate mixing bowl.
- Place the correct amount of coloured and flavoured milk into a mixing bowl. Select the whisk attachment
- Blend the correct amount of Bird's ice cream powder and milk using a whisk attachment, on HIGH speed for 5 minutes. Fold into the ice cream mixture the McDougalls chocolate chips
- Portion into suitable container and freeze for a minimum of 3 hours
