Sharwood’s Red Thai Curry with Quorn

Sharwood’s Red Thai Curry, with Quorn, red pepper, onions, carrots & chick peas.

  • 20ml vegetable oil
  • 150g onions (10mm dice)
  • 150g red peppers (15mm dice)
  • 150g onions (10mm dice)
  • 150g grated carrot
  • 1kg Sharwood's Thai Red Curry Sauce
  • 300g Quorn pieces
  • 200g chick peas (canned & drained)


  • Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the onion, pepper and carrot and saute until it softens.
  • Add the Sharwood's Red Thai Sauce, Quorn pieces and chick peas.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes and serve with Sharwood's noodles.
