Ingredients
- 20ml vegetable oil
- 150g onions (10mm dice)
- 150g red peppers (15mm dice)
- 150g onions (10mm dice)
- 150g grated carrot
- 1kg Sharwood's Thai Red Curry Sauce
- 300g Quorn pieces
- 200g chick peas (canned & drained)
Method
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the onion, pepper and carrot and saute until it softens.
- Add the Sharwood's Red Thai Sauce, Quorn pieces and chick peas.
- Simmer for 5 minutes and serve with Sharwood's noodles.
