Sharwood’s Sweet & Sour Salmon Noodle Salad

Salmon salad with Sharwood’s fine noodles, bound with Sharwood’s sweet and sour dressing.

  • 400g Sharwood's Sweet & Sour Sauce
  • 20g Sesame Oil
  • 20g Soy Sauce
  • 10g Lime Juice
  • 2kg Sharwood's Fine Egg Noodles (cooked, refreshed and lightly oiled)
  • 600g Cooked Salmon (seasoned and flaked)
  • Salt & Black Pepper
  • Coriander & Lime for Garnish



  1. Mix the Sweet & Sour Sauce with the soy, sesame oil and lime juice
  2. Gently mix the salmon and noodles and season
  3. Dress with the sauce, garnish with chopped coriander and serve on lettuce leaves.
