Turkey Pasta and Broccoli Bake

Ingredients
- 25g Sunflower oil
- 1000g Turkey - 10mm x 50mm strips
- 500g Onions - diced 10mm
- 3Q Tbsp Bisto Turkey Gravy Granules
- 800ml Boiling Water
- 225g Broccoli Florets 25mm
- 275g Tri colour pasta spirals
- 50g Paxo Golden Crumb
- 100g Cheddar Cheese - grated
Method
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan and sauté the turkey strips until lightly browned, add the onion and cook until soft.
- Add the water to the turkey and bring to the boil, sprinkle the gravy granules over and stir well. Reduce the heat and simmer for approximately 10 minutes
- Meanwhile blanch the broccoli in boiling salted water for approximately 3-4 minutes. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain both and stir into the turkey mix
- Place into an oven proof dish
- Top with the breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4 until heated through and golden brown on top
