Turkey Pasta and Broccoli Bake

  • 25g Sunflower oil
  • 1000g Turkey - 10mm x 50mm strips
  • 500g Onions - diced 10mm
  • 3Q Tbsp Bisto Turkey Gravy Granules
  • 800ml Boiling Water
  • 225g Broccoli Florets 25mm
  • 275g Tri colour pasta spirals
  • 50g Paxo Golden Crumb
  • 100g Cheddar Cheese - grated


  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and sauté the turkey strips until lightly browned, add the onion and cook until soft.
  2. Add the water to the turkey and bring to the boil, sprinkle the gravy granules over and stir well. Reduce the heat and simmer for approximately 10 minutes
  3. Meanwhile blanch the broccoli in boiling salted water for approximately 3-4 minutes. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain both and stir into the turkey mix
  4. Place into an oven proof dish
  5. Top with the breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4 until heated through and golden brown on top
