Vegetarian Black Bean Stir Fry

Pan fried Quorn, with Mushrooms, Peppers & Onions in Sharwood’s Black Bean Sauce

  • 400g Quorn pieces
  • 200g Onions (15mm dice)
  • 400g Mixed Peppers (15mm dice)
  • 200g Mushrooms (finely sliced)
  • 1kg Sharwood's Black Bean Sauce


  • In a little sunflower oil, lightly fry the Quorn, until it begins to brown and then remove from the pan.
  • Pan fry the onions, peppers for 2 minutes.
  • Add the mushrooms and fry for a further 3 minutes.
  • Add the Quorn and pour in the Black Bean sauce.
  • Heat through and serve with Basmati rice.
