White Chocolate Angel Delight with Blackcurrant Swirl

Serving Size: 140g
- 850ml Cold Water or 1500ml Cold Skimmed or Semi Skimmed Milk
- 300g Angel Delight White Chocolate
- 200ml Hartley's Blackcurrant Coulis
- Pour the water or milk into a mixing bowl fitted with a whisk, add the Angel Delight White Chocolate
- Angel Delight. Whisk for 30 seconds on slow speed, scrape down and whisk for another 2 minutes on high speed until thick and creamy.
- Stir in the Hartley's Blackcurrant Coulis so that the 2 colours are swirled together
- Pour into suitable service dishes and chill until required.
