White Chocolate Angel Delight with Blackcurrant Swirl

Ingredients

  • 850ml Cold Water or 1500ml Cold Skimmed or Semi Skimmed Milk
  • 300g Angel Delight White Chocolate
  • 200ml Hartley's Blackcurrant Coulis

Method

  1. Pour the water or milk into a mixing bowl fitted with a whisk, add the Angel Delight White Chocolate
  2. Angel Delight. Whisk for 30 seconds on slow speed, scrape down and whisk for another 2 minutes on high speed until thick and creamy.
  3. Stir in the Hartley's Blackcurrant Coulis so that the 2 colours are swirled together
  4. Pour into suitable service dishes and chill until required.
